Do you want to lose weight the healthy way without giving up whole food groups? Do you want a program that will teach you the reasons why what you eat makes a difference in how you feel? It's all here for you at a new wellness center opening in Mt. Dora. It's called The Art of Living Healthy -Paint your Best Future and is located at 419 S. Highland Street, next to The Mt. Dora Brewery. The business will provide weight management classes, life coaching, and one-on-one nutritional counseling. They are also partnering with a Jazzercise program for an overall health make-over. Jazzercise will be held at 101 S. Bay Street in Eustis at the old American Legion building.
The first Weight Management Class is scheduled for the week of July 17th, the number of classes and times will be determined by participation. As mentioned, for those of you who want to participate and don't already have a scheduled exercise program, Jazzercise classes will be included in the cost. This first group of classes will continue for a total of 8 weeks, ending the week of Sept. 14th. An introductory offer of $80.00 for 8 one hour nutrition classes and $75.00 for unlimited Jazzercise classes for the 8 weeks of the program, is being offered. A free life coaching session is also included. There are class limits so please call soon.
Jazzercise classes will be provided by Stacy Mathis. She is a Certified Jazzercise Instructor. Stacy is personable, energetic, upbeat and motivational. Stacy gets her best advertisement from word of mouth from her current participants. People who are not interested in the Weight Management classes but would like to find out more about Jazzercise, please contact Stacy.
The owner of The Art of Living Healthy, LLC is Mary Ann Kalonick. Mary Ann has a Masters degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and is Registered with the American Dietetic Association (ADA). She is licensed to practice nutrition by the State of Florida and has a Certification in Weight Loss Management from the ADA. Mary Ann is also a Certified Life Coach.
Having experience in Medical Nutrition Therapy, Mary Ann has a keen interest in kidney disease as well as other disease states that can be prevented or managed with nutrition intervention. She has worked in the field of nutrition for 16 years and would like, through her expertise, to not only educate her clients but help them find the inspiration and enthusiasm to live their best life.
